free file hosting service that Files-Upload.com offers to our customers with excellence since 2006. No more problems with sending and sharing files with friends, family or some other audience. The scheme is simple: once a file has been uploaded to the site, you can just e-mail the link to the recipient. What is more important - the service is FREE and does not require any complex program to be installed. All you need is your usual web-browser and - of course - the wish to make your life easier.
Our service allows you to upload and download files anonymously. But we would recommend you to register in order to obtain enhanced abilities to manage your files and folders. All registered users are provided with 3GB storage space with an easy-to-use online filemanager. You will be able to easily organize your files (create folders, share them, make private, specify file tags for easy searching, etc). Even with a free membership your limits will be dramatically decreased Is there any limitation for the number of downloads per file? All files can be downloaded unlimited times. What types of files I'm allowed to upload? You can upload everything you wish, except for the files that do not violate our terms of service or the laws of concerned countries. This means that files violating copyrights, or containing pornography are forbidden and will be removed as soon as we notice. Can I upload my files via FTP? Currently, we are rebuilding our FTP service, so it's unavailable for right now. We will let you when it will be done. Follow up the news in our blog Why is my download slow? First of all, you need to check you membership type. If you downloading file as an anonymous user your download speed is limited to 50KB/sec. You can easily increase your speed by upgrading to premium or elite membership. Please check out our membership features. Is there any limitation for the number of files and their size that may be uploaded per user? Well, currently Files-Upload sets size limitation per file for 100MB for unregistered and 300MB for registered users. You can avoid this by splitting large files into several parts and upload them separately. Also You can increase this limit to 1GB per file by upgrading to premium membership. I cannot download files at all! What is wrong? There are several reasons that can prevent you from downloading files: 1. You are anonymous user and you are already downloading another file from Files-upload. We do not allow more than one concurrent download per IP address for anonymous users. If you share your IP address with other Files-upload users, you may be adversely affected by their activities. You can purchase premium membership or wait when another download finishes. 2. The file you are trying to download was deleted recently. You need to contact with a person, who uploaded this file and ask him to upload it once again. 3. The owner of this file has restricted the access to this file. To download this file you need to contact with a person who owns this file and ask him to set the "public" permissions for this file. |
